CT Wrestling Team 2024-25-La Costa Canyo

Practice Gear & Warm-ups

Wrestler's are required to wear team practice shirts and shorts on Team Tuesdays.   Wrestlers are also required to wear either the new Gray Nike warm-ups or ScrapLife warm-ups at duals/tournaments and on the podium. Wrestlers are required to wear the CT Wrestling Nike Polo on dual days and travel days.

Shoes 

Wrestlers are welcome to purchase any wrestling shoes they'd like.  Dick's is a good place to try on different brands and find the correct size before purchasing online.

Headgear

Headgear is required at all dual meets and tournaments.  Wrestlers are welcome to purchase any brand and style of headgear that they prefer.

Wrestlers are going to have the option to purchase a CT Nike backpack or duffle bag.   Bags are not required, but recommended.
